- We offer a variety of 9 custom floor plans to choose from. Builds typically take around 6 months.

The amenities offered in La Estancia are the heart of the community. One of the greatest pleasures of living in La Estancia Kanab is the Community Clubhouse. The Clubhouse resides next to the restored Robinson Barn that serves as a gathering and picnic area. This is a prime area to host community parties, special events, and summer BBQ nights! The clubhouse also offers an outdoor pool & indoor pool. Complete with a wonderful Jacuzzi Tub to relax your muscles after a great workout in our Exercise room, which has treadmills, an elliptical machine, recumbent bike, and free weights.
