Kanab’s central location and temperate climate (an average 256 sunny days per year) make it an ideal base camp for year-round exploration of canyon country. Average July high/low is 90/56F and average January high/low is 47/21F. Typically, Kanab gets an average annual rainfall of 19 inches, and has an elevation of 4,970 ft.
